German M5 E39 brakes on a E32
1st, you have to be aware that Autobahn cars from Germany get bigger breaks than in USA ... M5 from USA use smaller Disk than the one from Germany.
My M70 is now around 700HP on the bench, and I still want to see my 40's... so, I decided that I need to upgrade the STOP part of my car...

So, here is the little disk I decided to use.

Keep in mind that the HUBs you use when you want to do this upgrade is not the same.
To locate this breaks, you can look for in the ETK for part number 34-11-2-229-382, those are the calipers. Keep in mind as well that you are better to check if all your suspension links are ok.

Your best buddy for this work is the 46mm tool you need to do that.

No way to remove the bolt without it.

Here is the pic of the disk, out of the BMW box:

The cost of the upgrade is around 2000$, but you get BMW quality, not after market junnk ...

I hope it gave you ideas about breaks upgrades...
Don't forget, great power comes with great responsabiilities ... (Said the uncle of Spiderman ...) in this case, Stopping is a duty to other citizen on the road :)
